4 – Noticing your negative self-talk and reframing it: we all have that little voice in our head that tells us we’re not good enough, we can’t do it, etc. Noticing this, and being able to switch this to positive self-talk is a fantastic skill to have.

5 – Accepting compliments: this one is hard for a lot of people, but it’s important to remember that when someone gives you a compliment, they’re not obligated to do so and they genuinely mean it.
